offer our Premium Service. On selected short haul flights, we can offer Premium

No need to worry about boarding your flight, our lounge staff will make sure you
know when it's time to board and will show you the way to the boarding gate.
Airport Lounges are available for you at most of our UK airports and when flying
back to the UK, Britannia has a lounge for you at Palma, Alicante, Faro, Funchal,
Paphos, Larnaca and Malta airports. Use of our Airport Lounge is also provided
as part of our Executive Check-in package

compiled the available options for you so that you can print your wishlist and
know exactly what you are going to purchase in advance. You can also have a look
at the entertainment available on your flight so you can plan what you will
watch or listen to
At Britannia Airways, we do want to make your journey with us as comfortable and
enjoyable as possible.
We are a charter carrier and operate our aircraft in a variety of different
configurations. Our aircraft are generally quite densely configurated in order
to keep the cost of travel down to you (in line with our peers in this sector).
On some aircraft we have a separate Premium cabin, offering increased seat pitch
and comfort, which is sold via your Tour Operator, or through us within 7 days
of your departure date.
Seat pitch is roughly the distance between any point on a seat to the same on a
seat in front (or to the bulkhead if no seat in front). On our services, the
seat pitch in a Premium seat is 35 inches (87.5 cms) and 28* inches (70 cms) in
our standard seat on a short haul flight. On a long haul flight our standard
seat has a pitch of 30* inches (76.2 cms). On flights to Egypt and Israel seat
pitch will normally be 28* inches(70 cms) *A few seats on some of our aircraft
may have a pitch slightly more or less than these figures.
If you believe that the pitch/space on your flight will not give you enough
comfort, you may want to upgrade your seat to a Britannia 'Extra' seat (through
us or your tour operator). On some aircraft a very small number of seats have
limited recline
If you have a medical condition or a disability, it is important that you
contact our Customer Service Team on 0870 607 6757 to discuss your requirements
as soon as possible. This will help us to deliver the best possible service. If
you are unsure about the level of service that we can provide then you should
contact us before booking your holiday or flight for advice.
Each year Britannia welcomes thousands of passengers who use wheelchairs onto
our flights. Please be advised in order for us to continue to deliver a quality
service to our customers with reduced mobility, we will only be able to provide
a wheelchair service to those customers that have pre-booked this service in
advance.
Additionally, in order to ensure that we give priority to those passengers who
really need this facility, we will require proof of need. This can take the form
of a disabled badge number or a letter from your doctor You can do this by
either contacting your travel agent, tour operator or our Customer Service Team
on 0870 607 6757.
If you have your own wheelchair, you can remain in it until you board the
aircraft. After boarding the aircraft, the wheelchair will be placed in the
aircraft hold and, at most destination airports, it will save you time if you
use an airport wheelchair until your own wheelchair can be returned to you. For
your fellow passengers, it also means the aircraft's next flight will not be
delayed.
We strongly recommend that you arrange adequate insurance coverage for you
wheelchair.
On board our aircraft, special narrow wheelchairs can be used to transport the
totally immobile to their seats. Britannia will carry folding wheelchairs free
of charge in addition to your baggage allowance. If you do not have your own
wheelchair most of the airports we operate to and from will provide one for you.
This is normally available at least 1 hour before your departure time and on
arrival at your destination airport until you have collected your luggage and
cleared customs.
There are specific requirements placed on airlines when transporting
electrically powered wheelchairs. Please call our Customer Service Team on 0870
607 6757 to discuss the type of powered mobility aid you wish to take. We
strongly recommend that you arrange adequate insurance coverage for any mobility
aid.
We regret we cannot carry passengers who are immobile unless they are travelling
with a carer/escort who is familiar with their medical condition or disability.
A maximum of two disabled passengers can travel with one care assistant.
We cannot assume obligation for providing on board assistance which may, or
will, contravene health, safety or hygiene requirements.
Britannia will accept Guide Dogs on flights to selected EU airport from London
Gatwick, in accordance with the PETS Scheme under which the Assist Dogs
procedure operates. The booking must be made a minimum of 7 days before
departure.
The dog must be wearing the standard identifying jacket. No free seat will be
